Major well-established service organization has a call center leadership opening.  The director will be responsible for a customer service team that will be expanding significantly in the near future. This is a multi-site B2C/B2B customer service call center operation.  The ideal leader will bring a skill set that includes excellent customer service management, innovation, strategy implementation, technology and team coaching/motivation.

Candidates must have the following call center background/experience:

  • Customer service management (minimum 25 reps)

Base salary $125k plus outstanding benefits package

Prestigious organization has a newly created position.  In addition to managing the contact center, this senior executive will lead the service strategy with administrative and operations accountability across the enterprise.  The director will be responsible for developing and overseeing enterprise-wide standards and guidelines in order to achieve a consistent customer experience.  The ideal leader will have a deep understanding of technology, experience with scaling operations and outstanding people skills.

Candidates must have the following call center background/experience:

Compensation includes a base salary $150k plus bonus and outstanding benefits package.  Local candidates only.
