Well established service organization has a new call center leadership opening.  The director will be responsible for a customer service team that is expected to grow significantly.  This is a customer service call center operation along with some front-office work.  The ideal leader will bring a skill set that includes excellent customer service management, innovation, strategy implementation and team coaching/motivation.

Candidates must have the following call center background/experience:

  • Customer service management of 25-50 reps
  • Progressive innovation
  • Coaching and team motivation
  • Technology implementation
  • Processes and procedures
  • Growing/scaling operations

Base salary $120+k plus outstanding benefits package and relocation.
