Manager Call Center Back Office Denver, CO

Well-established service organization has a call center manager opening.  The manager will be responsible for back office functions focused on billing and collections.  The back office customer service team will have around five representatives.  This is a customer service call center operation handling both B2C and B2B issues.  The ideal manager will have excellent customer service management skills and back office experience and be a great coach.

Candidates must have the following call center background/experience:

  • Management of at least five reps
  • Coaching and team motivation
  • Billing and collections back office experience
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience
  • Implementation of processes and procedures

Base salary $65k plus outstanding benefits package
