One of the country's top ranked organizations has a newly created position.  We are looking for a senior executive to directly lead the contact center.  The director will also be responsible for developing and overseeing enterprise-wide standards and guidelines in order to achieve a consistent customer experience.  The ideal leader will have a deep understanding of technology, experience with scaling operations and outstanding people skills.

Candidates must have the following call center background/experience:

  • Customer service management of 75 reps
  • Development and implementation of procedures, standards and guidelines
  • Technology implementation
  • Superior people skills
  • Growing/scaling operations
  • Staffing, coaching and training
  • Metrics

Compensation includes a base salary $150k plus bonus and outstanding benefits package.  Local candidates preferred.
