Call Center Director Manhattan Beach, CA

Well-established industry leader has a newly created call center leadership opening.  The director will be responsible for inbound B2B/B2C call center and customer service operations. The ideal leader will be technology driven and bring a skill set that includes excellent customer service management, innovation, continuous-improvement implementation and team coaching/motivation.

Candidates must have the following call center background/experience:

  • Management of a minimum of 25 reps
  • Technology implementation
  • Vendor management of outsourced operations
  • Continuous improvement
  • Coaching and team motivation
  • Implementation of world-class standards

Base salary of $100-125k plus bonus.
