This is a great opportunity to build a call center operation along with growing the overall business.  The call center is purely lead generations with a focus on the residential/commercial construction industry.  The manager will be responsible for directing the call center manager and assistant manager along with providing training.  This is a virtual home-based position.

Candidates must have the following call center background/experience:

  • Outbound and/or lead generation
  • Management of 25+ reps
  • Coaching, training and team motivation
  • Scaling and growing operations

Base salary $75k plus.

Director of Service & Strategy                                                     Philadelphia, PA

Prestigious organization has a newly created position.  In addition to managing the contact center, this senior executive will lead the service strategy with administrative and operations accountability across the enterprise.  The director will be responsible for developing and overseeing enterprise-wide standards and guidelines in order to achieve a consistent customer experience.  The ideal leader will have a deep understanding of technology, experience with scaling operations and outstanding people skills.

Candidates must have the following call center background/experience:

  • Healthcare
  • Customer service management of 100 reps
  • Development and implementation of procedures, standards, guidelines and technology
  • Superior executive level people skills
  • Growing/scaling operations
  • Strategic innovation

Compensation includes a base salary $150k plus bonus and outstanding benefits package.  Local candidates only.
